Samuel Matthew Simmons III (Bo) July 28, 1965 to November 30, 2015 Samuel Matthew Simmons III (Bo) was born July 28, 1965 to the late Samuel M. Simmons Jr and Annette Simmons. He went home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2015. He was a 1983 graduate of Malvern High School. He spent most of his life in Malvern, Ohio and most currently resided in Waynesburg , OH. Sam was an active member of the Southeast Church of Christ in Canton, OH. He was employed by the Italian American Club in Waynesburg, OH. He was score-keeper for the Malvern High School Girl's basketball team which he loved very much.  Sam was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Talmadge Brooks and Icy Pearl Brooks; paternal grandparents Samuel and Irene Simmons Sr and father Samuel Simmons Jr. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Annette Simmons of the home.
