Rosemary Vandiver, 59, departed from this earthly life on March 27, 2013 at Canal Pointe nursing home. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Vandiver, mother, Lois Webb and sister Debra Watters.  To cherish her memory, she leaves sons, Eric and Andre Vandiver.  She also leaves brother Booker Webb; nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
