Rose M. Jones (Rosie) 77 of Massillon passed away at Aultman Hospital on Nov 21, 2017 due to complications of a stroke. She was born in    Florida the daughter of Larry and Mary McLendon on Oct 4, 1940 Rose was a member of Shiloh Baptist church where she was a member of the missionary group at the church. There was so many things she enjoyed, being on the bowling team, watching all her children in their sporting events. She also enjoyed watching her grand kids, she also liked traveling with the Tiger Swing Band, and she also liked going to the Casinos with her sisters and sister-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents Larry and Mary McLendon, and her grandson Maurice (Resse) Williams son of Mary C Jones and Philip Williams of Massillon, Ohio Rose is survived by her loving family, husband Joseph Jones Sr.; children, Joseph Darnell Jones Jr., Mary C Jones (Daniel Beachy), Michael Jones, Antwan Jones, Don Juan Jones (Darryl Gregory Parson), and Michael Jones Jr.; (2) grand children, (7) great-grandchildren, and her brothers and sisters, Mack (Pearl) McLendon, James Johnny (Paulette) McLendon, Mark (Laura) McLendon, Doris (Fred) Griffin, and Mary Frazier.
