Ronnie Darnell Currie, age 56, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 12, 2019.  He was born September 23, 1962 in Lorain, Ohio. He loved boxing, being outside, and hanging with his brothers, nephews, and cousins. Preceded in death by his father Henry Williams; brothers, Ralph Currie, Henry Lee, and Warren Currie.

Ronnie leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Talila Sara Currie of Lorain, Ohio; mother, Sarah Williams; stepdaughters, Kimberly Reed, Jennifer Reed, and Tiffany Reed;  grandchildren, Tanaya Clayton, Le'Aysah Currie,, Aiyanna Taylor, Jason Taylor, Jeremiah Taylor; sisters, Gloria Jean (Eugene) Parker of Canton, Ohio, Janette Sumpter of Columbus, Ohio, Cathy Cooper of Canton, Ohio, Leslie "Lisa" Lee of Canton, Ohio, Sharon Lee of Canton, Ohio, and Angela (Larry) Mallory of Columbus, Ohio; special nephews, Thomas Woods, Raymond Currie, Cordae Lee, Eric Cooper, Perez Lee, Dontez Woods; special aunt, Margaret "Biddy" Nelson; special cousins, Cleveland Watkins, Tom Bennett, Anthony Bennett; special friend, Dalene ,as well as a host of other family and friends.
