Ronald McMillan, age 71 passed away on February 18, 2024. He was born on June 11, 1952 to Mattie Holmes McMillan and Sonny Drain of Akron. Ronnie was proceeded in death by his parents Mattie and Chester McMillan, Sonnie Drain, brother Curtis McMillan and daughter Kelly Johnson.

He is survived by his loving wife Linda McMillan, daughters Sherice Freeman and Darcel McMillan, sons Trent Burley/Robin Burley and Taye McMillan, stepchildren Cornelius West Jr. and Jameta Henderson, sisters Jill McMillan, Pam/Marvin Downs, brother Chester McMillan. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. He also leaves to cherish his memory host of nieces, nephrews, cousins and friends.

Ronnie attended school in Akron and graduated from Buchtel High School. He joined The United States Navy and served on the USS Coral Sea and was stationed in the Philippines. He attended Central State University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business.

Ronnie worked many years in Sales. He was employed by Value City Furniture. His special hobbies were The Study of Ancient Egyptian History and Interior Design.
