Ronald Alvertis Brown, Sr. was born June 8, 1939 to the late Lonnie Brown, sr. and Willie Brown in Weirton, West Virginia. He loved sports and was a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan. He loved jazz and playing his saxophone. Ronald joined the U.S. Army right after high school where he was given an honorable discharge. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents the late Lonnie, Sr. and Willie Brown, his wife Norma Long Brown, son Kemp Long, brother Lonnie Brown, Jr., sister Juanita Brown and brother-in-law Laddie Hamilton. Ronald leaves to cherish his loving memory his sister Phyllis Brown-Hamilton of Cincinnati, Ohio; (7)sons, Rodney Burrows of Atlanta, Georgia, Eric Brown of Dallas, Texas, Lonnie Brown, Jamal Brown, Ronald A. Brown, Jr., William (Alice) Long, Mark (Fatiah) Black all of Canton, Ohio; (6) daughters, Stephanie Tazel of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, Lonia (Chris) Lyle of Cincinnati, Ohio, Monique Conners of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Taletha Long, Lisa Hall and Patrice Calmese of Canton, Ohio; (2) sister-in-laws, Darlene Broyles of Canton, Ohio, Candice Long of Wooster, Ohio; (2) brother-in-laws, Booker (Thelma) Long, Gerald (Terry) Long both of Canton, Ohio; special nephew, Malcom Brown. Ronald also leaves to cherish his loving memory a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
