Robin Denise Thrist, 62, went home to be with The Lord on August 26, 2023.  She was born on December 10, 1960, in Akron, Ohio.

She graduated from Central High School in 1979, after high school she joined The United States Army for three years and then The Army Reserve for another three years.  In addition, Robin worked for Shriner Hospital as a Medical Coder.

Robin is preceded in death by her father; Robert Thomas, sister; Annie Belle (Isaiah) Boykin, brother; Deforest A. Thomas, mother-in-law; Helen Weave and aunt; Rosie Bonner (second mom).

She is survived by her husband; Mark A. Thrist, daughter; Roneisha M. Thrist, son; Brandon M. Thrist, stepdaughter; Christine A. Smith, granddaughter; Paige Smith, mother; Marie Thomas; sister; Gail Thomas, niece; Bell Burney and a host of other relatives and friends.
