Robert James Wise, "Bobby", passed away on July 23, 2021.  He was born in Wadsworth, Ohio on August 19, 1945 and was a lifelong Wadsworth resident.

Bobby proudly served in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam War veteran.  He worked at Unimin Corporation for 44 years as a console operator before his retirement.  He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather who enjoyed spending his time watching football, playing bingo and poker, cooking, and listening to music.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Leona Wise; and brother, David "Kook" Wise.

He leaves to forever cherish his memory his loving wife of 54 years, Marilyn Wise; daughters, Yvowne Wise of Akron and Jeannette Wise of Arlington, VA; granddaughters, Brittany Wise and Briana Wise; brothers, Thomas "Juggie" (Peggy) Wise of Akron and Richard (Donna) Wise of Wadsworth; sister, Mabel (Larry) Richmond of Barberton; aunt, Gloria Dancy of Akron; brothers in-law, Leslie Ingol of Barberton, Russell (Joni) Cooper of Akron, and Eric Cooper of Akron; sister in-law, Helen Cooper of Akron; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
