Rentz Nicholson, Jr. passed away on September 3, 2022 in Alliance. He was born
on August 9, 1934 in Gilbertown, Alabama to Louise and Rentz Nicholson, Sr. The
family relocated to Alliance, OH when he was a young child. After high school,

He absolutely loved eating good food and having a great time. He also loved fast
cars, playing cards and socializing with family and friends. Daddy had a great
sense of humor. Growing up, he always told us that the Stop sign meant,
"Spin Tires on Pavement!" Then he would let out a big laugh! He adored his
grandchildren and great grandchildren. His face and his spirits would always light
up whenever they were in his presence.
Rentz was a partner of Spirit of Faith CC Ohio and he and his wife Jaecyne were
the first family to join at the opening day service of the church in August 2014.
