Regina leaves to cherish her memories to her Fiance Eugene Saunders and her four children Wenona (Maurice) Brandon (Erika) Kenneth (Marquita) Ebony Foster, 25 Grandchildren and seven Great grandchildren, six Brothers and four Sisters. Also a host of other Aunts, Uncles Nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Beulah Foster and Paternal and Maternal Grandparents.

Regina lived life to the fullest in everything she did. She loved her family through thick and thin and always was the life of the party. She enjoyed cooking, family get togethers watching her grandchildren play sports. She was most proud of her numerous degrees.  Regina was employed as a teacher that taught English to Chinese students at the time of her passing. She will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew her.
