Reddrick Donald
Winn
October 20, 1955 – April 12, 2025
Reddrick Donald Winn was the third of seven children born to Donald M. L. Winn and Barbara J. (Cunningham) Winn. He was born in Canton Ohio. Reddrick attended Roosevelt Elementary school, Hartford Middle school and graduated from Canton McKinley High school in 1973. Reddrick was baptized in the Name of Jesus at Bethel Apostolic Church at the age of 12. After high school Reddrick pursued the skilled trade of carpentry. He worked in this profession for over forty years. He moved to Dallas Texas and resided there practicing his craft several years before returning to Canton Ohio. He was widely known and sought after for his building skills. He worked in the construction industry and retired from the Carpenter's union. He also operated his own business for a few years. Reddrick had a very quiet demeanor. He was always willing to help family and friends in any way he could. He assisted his brother Randall with various carpentry projects at Christ the King Apostolic church and his sister Stachia with carpentry projects at New Greater Peace church and with her food business "Stachia's Almost Famous Wings". He took great pride in skillfully building structures throughout Stark County and beyond. He was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Cavaliers. Reddrick enjoyed gardening including growing beautiful flowers and vegetables . He will be greatly missed. Reddrick was preceded in death by his father Deacon Donald M. L. Winn, mother Pastor Barbara J. Winn, sister Lana J. Winn and nephew Tyler S. Lancaster. He is survived by siblings Bishop Randall B. Winn (Rhonda), Mariantonia Winn, Valarie Lancaster, Pastor Stachia Manson (Calvin), Tiana Lancaster(Terrence Sealey), nieces Raquel Williams (Tyler), Raeven Winn, Alexis Lancaster, nephews Nathan Richardson, Marcus Winn (Brittany), Cameron Winn, Mark Lancaster Jr., Aunt Loretta Graham and a host of other relatives and friends.
