Reba G. Pope, age 64 of Massillon, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on September 13, 2015. She was born to the late Eugene and Lucille Pope on April 25, 1951 in Massillon, Ohio. Reba was a graduate of Massillon Washington High School. She was a devoted mother to her children. She stopped at nothing to provide the very best for her children. Reba was a very talented woman who enjoyed singing and listening to music, oldies but goodies. Some of her favorites being Al Green, The Temptations, and The O'Jays. She also enjoyed drawing animation characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck and so forth. Last but not least she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, laughing and sharing memories. She was a devoted grandmother to all of her grandchildren and got a big kick out of them spending the night with her, always looking forward for them to keep her entertained. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her; sisters, Shirley Pope, Norma Pope (Davenport), Virginia Pope (Stovall); brothers, Thomas Pope, Phillip Pope and Robert Pope. She leaves to cherish her loving memory; sons, Clarence (Rochelle) Burney III, Christopher Burney, Charles Ferguson, Jr., William Ferguson; Christina Burney, Keecha Pope, James Pope, Shreese Pope; sisters, Martha Bryant, Margaret Pope, Vicki (Michael) Pope; brother, Malcolm (Vicki) Pope; special friend, Deborah Williams, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Reba had a heart of gold, pure, tried and true, filled with love, she opened up her heart and her home to many and she made a lasting impression on everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her, she will be deeply missed.
