On Saturday, September 30, 2017 Raymond L. Henderson affectionately known as "Squirrel" made his transition from her earthly home to his heavenly home. He was born on February 6, 1956 to his parents, Mildred and Pearly Henderson in Akron, Ohio. He graduated from East High School class of 1975. He was an Operating Engineer for 37 years at Local 18, last employed with Shelly and Sands retiring in 2015. Raymond loved spending time with his family. Raymond is preceded in death by his parents, Mildred and Pearly Henderson; brothers, Leroy, Charles and Jerry Henderson; three nephews, and two nieces. Raymond leaves to forever cherish his loving memory his sons, Raymond Leo Sibley and RaMarr Lamont Keaton; grandchildren, Rae'Lyn LaRae' Sibley, Kaise and Kamari Keaton; sisters, Patricia Ann Henderson, Joan (Michael) Franklin; special friend, Belinda Harper; and a host of loving relatives and friends. Celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017 at Shiloh Baptist Church 1241 Grant Street, Akron, Ohio 44301. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until time of service.
