Ralph M. Cheffin Sr., made his peaceful transition on Friday, November 24, 2017 at the age of 71. He was born in Monroe Louisiana to his parents, Anderson and Bessie Cheffin on August 13, 1946. He was employed at Brecksville VA as a recreational therapist. Ralph graduated from Grambling University where he was a star running back, and also served four years in the United States army with an honorable discharge. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother. He leaves to cherish his memory sons, Ralph Cheffin, Tyron Cheffin and Anthony Wilson; special friend, Nikitia Ford; brothers, Ronnie and Anderson Cheffin; sister, Carrie (Raymond) Bourne; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews other loving relatives and friends.
