Pearl S. (Clifford) Carter, took her heavenly rest on October 25, 2017. Born to the late Johnnie and Bertha Clifford on February 2, 1942.  Pearl retired from the Timken Company after 37 years of service.  She was a faithful member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for over 50 years where she sang in the choir.  Pearl was an avid bowler and loved to shop. In addition to her parents Pearl was preceded in death by her husband Silas Carter; sons, Silas Allen, Jr. and Victor Carter; sister, Linda Clifford;    in-laws, Mr. and Mrs. Raphiel Carter, Paul, George, Willie, Carter, Martha Harvey; brother-in-law, Rodger Zachary, Jr.  She leaves to cherish her precious and loving   memories her son Ivan Carter; grandchildren, Victor Carter, Jr., Chetania Davis; (5) great-granchildren; siblings, Ernestine (John) Tigney of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania,     Erskine (Lucy) Clifford, Juanita (Don) Johnson, Juan (Evonne) Clifford, Glenn (Debra) Clifford, Elaine (Ronald) Simmons, Arlene Zachary, Terrell (Una) Clifford as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
