Pearlie Mae Deloris Clemmons, 79 years old received her wings on January 28, 2023. Pearl was affectionately known as Lois, Twank, and Lo Pearl was born in Mobile, Alabama to the late Sidney & Martha Cook on October 20, 1943. She was the 5th oldest child of 13 children. She was very proud of her family. Pearl was mostly known for her love of God. She was an impeccable dresser, and Pearl was a great cook. She took pride in everything that she did. She was a perfectionist. Pearl was a great mother to 9 living children. She worked in the medical field for many years and later became the owner of her own landscaping business. Pearl was member of Bible Study group that she attended every Thursday and church on Sunday. Pearl loved to share her love for the Lord and encouraged everyone she came into contact with to get to know the Lord. Pearl also enjoyed fishing with her children and grandchildren, and she also loved to plan family events. Pearl was preceded in death by her daughter Alfreda Joann Russell, husbands', Joe Russell Sr., and Lamont Clemmons her grandsons Eric Allen Russell, and Edmund Jerome Bell Jr. Pearl is survived by brother, Nathaniel (Nevis) Cook, sisters, Geraldine (Wayne) Stargell, Dolly (Charline) Parson-Fisher, LInda(Kenneth) Henderson, Jenette (Mike) Clemmons. She also leaves to morn her passing children; Cindy (Stevon) Murphy, Joe C Russell Jr., Olivia Hopkins, Valerie (William) Dardee, Demetrius P Russell Sr., Tony (Tonda) Russell, Jason (Melondy) Russell, Angela (Frederick) Pace, and Joelicia Russell. Pearl's special grandson Jaylin Ziemski, he dog Soupie and bird Blue
Pearl also had 35 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren, along with a host of niece and nephews, cousins and friends.
