Patsy Haney Mallison, "Patsy Lou" age 73, passed away Sunday, July 10th, 2022, after a year long battle with lung cancer. She was born to Virginia Pearl and Frank W. Haney on April 21, 1949 in Akron, Ohio. She is survived by her two brothers, Bob Haney and Ronnie Haney, and her sister, Lana Matozel; daughter Stacy Lynn Vottero and her husband Frank Vottero; 4 grandchildren, Nichole Terwilliger, Todd Terwilliger Jr (wife Sara), Brittany McVaney and Lindsay McVaney; and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Kerby Black, her true love. She worked 44 years at Akron Porcelain and Plastics. She was a devoted mother to her only daughter Stacy, a loving grandmother, and beloved friend to many, including: Shelly Karl, her dearest friend since 7th grade, and her sweet, best friend, Lana, her sister. Her friend Linda Farber introduced Kerby to her and he became her forever love. Thank you Linda and her many other friends, too many to name. We will forever miss her and she will be in our hearts forever. May you rest until we meet again. Any donations can be made in her name to Hospice of Mercy Hospital in Canton, Ohio.
