Ms. Patricia J. Cook, 61, took off her earthly vessel on September 22,  2025. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on June 15, 1964 , to Gwendolyn and Arthur Carson.

She attended John Adams High School.  Patricia lived in Cleveland until moving and settling in Akron with her four children whom she cared for and loved very much.   She was employed at Select Specialty Hospital. While getting settled in Akron, she became close to her new family, where she was introduced to the Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research. (I.D.M.R.) in 1987 , Akron , Ohio, where she then had her fifth child.

Patricia loved her grandchildren and family very much. She enjoyed traveling and attending various branch schools in the I.D.M.R. school system. Patricia enjoyed shooting pool. She even owned her own pool stick. She enjoyed singing and listening to music. She would always say I'm dressing for Dr. Kinley, and she did. Patricia devoted her life to the teachings of Dr. Henry Clifford Kinley. She really enjoyed talking about Dr. Kinley and praising him was what she loved doing, anytime, day or night.

The most delightful thing that Yahweh has ever done that exceeds the creation of the heavens and the earth, is taking a body and placing the Holy Spirit in it, and when you deny Him of that, then you deny Him of the work that He looked forward to with greater anticipation and joy than the creation heaven and earth.~ Dr. Robert Harris.

Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Gwendolyn Meadows Cook; sister, Debra Cook, and her daughter, Karlana Cook.

She leaves to cherish her beloved memory her children, SheKenna Carson, Michael Cook, Karlesha Cook, and Ceaira Cook;  grandchildren, Shelena, Toni, Trevon,   KyMora, Syn'Cere, Paij, Paige, SyEre, Elijah, Michael Jr., Jordan, Kesean, Keion, Aubrianna, Tayvion, Nizzereo, Kevin, Kamari, Ka'lleigh, Kynzeigh, Alexis, Robert, Gianna "GiGi", Gary III, Ge'Aire, Ge'Auri, Prince-Geigh, Gisele, Yasmine, Jasmine; great grandchildren, Gianna, Paisley, Erin; siblings, Clarence Cook, John Cook, and Regina Cook; uncles, Harold Meadows, Morris Meadows, Willie Meadows, Richard (Joyce) Meadows, Ralph (Deborah) Meadows: aunts, Carol Byers and  JoAnne Carter as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
