Pastor Thelma R. Hatchett,  age 80 of Canton, Ohio transitioned from this life on August 30, 2019.   She was a true servant of the Lord. Pastor Thelma R. Hatchett was true to her calling and served with compassion and grace.  She was an amazing daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend.  You always knew when she entered a room because her spirit was contagious.  With her inclusive personality, she embraced everyone who was blessed to be a part of her life.  She lived, she loved, she laughed, and the world was fortunate to  experience hers.  She will be truly missed by all but not forgotten.  Forever in our hearts.  Preceded in death by her mother Mary S. Davis and the father of her children, Lorenza Hatchett.  She leaves to cherish her precious memories to her (4) loving children: Zelda Y. Hatchett of Columbus, Ohio, Eric (Barbara) Hatchett of Clairton, Pennsylvania, Violet Hatchett, and Orlando Hatchett both of Canton, Ohio; her (10) loving grandchildren, LaShanda, Raycina, Christopher, Jordan, JuaVonna, Zachary, McKenna, Bianca, Gabriella,  Adrian; (14) great-grandchildren, Xavier, Azure, Chasity, Laterica, Jamiya, Jamari, Carlito, Jameer, Caileb, Vanessa, Malachi, Jamison, Journei, and King; loving brother, Sherman (Lillian) Haynes; loving sisters, Delores Johnson of Cleveland, Ohio and Virginia (Alfred) Johnson of Dallas, Texas and  numerous adopted children as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
