Pastor L.C. Cleveland was born July 2, 1932, in Centerville, Alabama, to the parentage of  Nick and Mattie Lee Cleveland of Brent Alabama.  He confessed Christ at an early age and joined Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ, Canton Ohio in 1969. He was employed at Quality Casting Inc. Orrville, Ohio for 42 year. Pastor Cleveland's earthly life ended on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at his home in North Canton, OH surrounded by his family, and where he resided since 1976.

Pastor L.C. Cleveland greatest joys were his total love for his wife Rosa Lee Cleveland for 70 years, his children, grand, great grand-children,  great-great grand-children, and traveling the world spreading the love of Jesus while bringing souls to Christ.

Pastor L.C. Cleveland was preceded in death by his Parent; the late Mr. Nick and Mrs. Mattie Lee Cleveland; one daughter Judy A. Cleveland; two sisters, Johnnie Mae Ellison and Beatrice Cleveland; three brothers Tommy Lee Cleveland, James C. Cleveland and Otis Lee Cleveland.
