Ozella Rivers was affectionately called Mama Zell by many family members and friends. She leaves behind (4) children, along with (7) grandchildren and (2) great-grandchildren; Elizabeth Rivers-Owens (Terry, Tia, Tatanisha &  Tonee); Vonda Rivers-Motley (Sheldon); Sylvester Rivers (Jom); Randy Rivers (Joshua: Brayden & Dylan), along with many other nieces and nephews. She fell asleep in death peacefully with two of her children by her side in Los Angeles, California in her son's home after courageously battling illnesses. Born February 1, 1931 in Lafayette, TN she was the youngest of 10 siblings, 6 sisters and 3 brothers, all who preceded her in death. She was passionate about her service to Jehovah God and had no problem sharing her beliefs with anyone that would listen. She had a great sense of humor, surprising many family members with the things she would say, making jaws drop and chuckle. Mama Zell loved playing card games, especially bid whisk, along with singing and dancing.
