Ozell JR. Varnadore was born to the late Jackie Mitchell and Gladys Williams on October 17, 1955 in Canton, OH.  Ozell was loved and raised by his parents, Charles and Wanita Williams. Ozell was funny, charming, a sharp dresser and confident.  Ozell retired from Republic Steel.  He enjoyed spending his time with family and friends, attending sports games and watching comedy jams. Ozell will be greatly missed and is survived by his father, Charles William; children, Cher (Alex), Carissa, Sidney and Ozell; grandchildren, Lillian, Grace and Avah; and siblings from Dayton and Canton, OH.
