Naomi Owens was born on May 8, 1961 and went home to be with the Lord on March 18, 2021. Naomi was a loving mother to Fredrick Owens, with a big heart and a beautiful smile. Naomi is preceded in death by her father, Willie Perry and loving brother, Dwayne Hammond. Naomi leaves behind to celebrate her beautiful life, her loving son, Fredrick Owens; mother, Annie Ruth Tucker; sisters, Cheryl Perry, Phyllis Owens and Donzella Hammond; brothers, Darryl (Linda) Owens and Jerome (Marcie) Hammond; special niece, Tekisha Perry; bestfriends, Maxine Austin and Karen Strickland; Goddaughter, D'Anglea Smith; Godson, Don'te Harris and a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
