Mother Betty Lou Brown (Bell) completed her journey on October 15, 2017 at the age of 72. She was born on January 11, 1945 to the late Lonnie Bell Sr., and Frankie Mae (Epps) Williams. She enjoyed various aspects of work such as a STNA, restorative aide assistant, sales associate and pharmacy technician. Betty was a member of New Millennium Baptist Church where she served as a faithful member of the mother' ministry and the choir. She was preceded in beath by her husband, Cornelius L. Brown Jr.; parents, brothers, Frank and Lonnie Bell Jr.; sisters, Joanne Hines and Wilma Smith; son-in-law, Michael R. Koger; mother and father-in-law, and brothers-in-laws. Betty leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Felicia Brown-Koger, Cornelius L. Brown III, Orlando (DeShawn) Brown, Bonita Kay Tullis (Lee Montgomery), Alonzo (Jann Brown); sisters, Agnes (Bobby) Smith, Margaret Bush and Alice (Gracie) Cannon; honorary son, Donovan Clay; special friends, Arlen (Scooter) Brooks, Barbara Reid and Richard Brown Sr.; fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
