Milton L. Giles also known as "Milky" he was born on November 28, 1944 in Poplar Bluff, MO to his parents, Aulden D. and Hattie M. Sanders-Giles. He was the youngest of six children. Milton and his family moved to Akron, Ohio in 1946. He joined Centenary United Methodist Church at an early age. Milton served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Aulden D. and Hattie M. Sanders Giles; brothers, Monroe D. and LaVurn Giles; sister, Zenobia L. Giles; great granddaughter, Janaya M. Swain; and grandson, Jeremiah Jackson. He is survived by his loving wife, Dianne Giles; sons, Lawrence M. Swain Sr., and Milton L. Giles III; daughters, Anjanette (Johnny) Swain, Valerie (Ronald) Jackson and Daneen (Fate) Davis; sisters, Clementine (Robert) Williams and Gloria (Walter) Cummings; 12 grandchildren; 7 great granddaughters; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
