Maxine Grant, 78, passed away on December 7, 2021. She was born on June 10, 1943 in Birmingham, AL to Elisha and Alberta Holliday. She is preceded in death by her both of her parents; twin sister, Marian McCullough; brother, Barney Holliday; and grandmother, Jennie Thornton. She leaves to forever cherish her loving memory, daughter, Gwendolyn (Eric) Salter of Akron; granddaughters, Shatika Salter of Florida, Erica Salter of Atlanta and Lynda Salter of Akron; brother, Benjamin Holliday of Akron; nephew, Johnny Osby, Jr. of Akron; niece, Samantha McCullough of TX; special friend, George Grant and Deitra Byrd; special cousin, Rudy Meadows; seven grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
