Mark Edward McDew II  passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 at the age of 50 from a brief illness.  He was born on December 30, 1970 in Canton, Ohio to the late Christine Ann Leighton and Mark Edward McDew Sr.  He attended McKinley Sr. High School.  He would go on to graduate from beauty school and became a stylist.

Mark was a very kind, passionate, and loving man.  He didn't have any children but was kind to everyone he met.  He had a passion for making people look "fabulous", as he would say, and making people feel good about themselves.  Through life was not easy, he still lived with a smile and compassionate heart.  His kindness and caring heart was  the reason so many loved him. Even through his pain, he still wanted to make sure everyone was alright.

In addition to his mother Christine, Mark is preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Dana McDew, and brother, Mark McDew.

He is survived by his father Mark Edward McDew Sr.; brother, Phil (Amber) Douglas and too many half brothers and sisters to name.  He's also survived by a host of relatives and friends, including a very special friend who was by his side in his last moments, Crystal Burgess.
