Marilyn Whitehead, age 52, went home to the Lord on August 19, 2013.  Marilyn was born and raised in Akron, OH.  She was a graduate of North High School. She was preceded in death by her parents Yvonne Whitehead and Will Harper Jr.  She is survived by her only child Shakeila Whitehead; sisters Kim (Calvin) Millhouse and Joyce Beckett; nephews Sean (Erin) Millhouse, Michael and Marquelle Beckett; great niece Brooke; best friend Gail Sibley; special cousin Ellen Betts; special friend Charles Finney; special caregiver Marcella Carter.
