Marcus A. Freeman departed his temporary home on August 14, 2022.  He was born on August 27, 1964 to John and the late Cynthia Freeman.  Marcus attended West Jr. High and Buchtel High school where he participated in football and other sports.  Marcus had a great since of humor and could always bring joy to our family.

Marcus was preceded in death by his mother Cynthia Freeman (Long), loving grandparents Lawrence and Juanita Long, John and Louise Freeman and nephew Christopher Freeman.

Marcus leaves behind his wife of 31 years Frances Hill, father John (Rosetta) Freeman, brother John Freeman and sister Angela Cook of Atlanta Ga.  He will be missed by his children LaChrisha Vickers, Marcus Vickers Freeman, Shakendra Hill, Shamarkay Freeman all of Columbus, OH, Shannon Williams of Atlanta, GA and Markesha (Robert) Fountain of Alliance, OH.  He also leaves behind his aunts, Vanessa Freeman, Kim Freeman, Cornelia (Peachy) Leavell all of Akron, OH and Dorthy Williams of St. Louise MO., step children Shavette Hill, Shavonne Hill and Kenny Hill, uncles Gregory and Lanier Long and a host of other family members and friends who love him dearly.  MASK ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL SERVICES
