Malachi I. Nichols-Williams, better known as big man, was born on August 2, 2011 in Akron, Ohio to Pamela Nichols and Edward Williams. Malachi was shy when you first met him. He was your best friend after you'd get to know him. He was a very loving and caring kid, especially to younger kids. There were some where he was known as their protector from bullies. He'd volunteer with Canton for All People, when they were located on Harmont Avenue on the Northeast side of town. He started out by stocking the pantry and eventually moved up to assisting people with their computer login information. He enjoyed my presence when I came to see him. Malachi wanted to be a Pastor and Police Officer. You can say that he wanted to help people physically and spiritually. He loved wrestling, football, baseball, kickball, playing Roblox, Call of Duty, and making YouTube videos. Our family was not expecting the loss of Malachi or for his life to be cut so short so soon. We are devasted by the loss our big boy. We will feel the absence of "Big Man" Malachi like so many other people that had their lives touched by a very special person. We love you so much, Malachi.

Malachi was an organ donor and continues to be a helping and loving person in other peoples' lives. He will live on.

He will be remembered by his parents Pamela Nichols and Edward Williams, his brothers Marquis, Geremiah, Edward, and Justin. He is preceded in death by his brother Norman Ducan, grandparents Mattie and Eddie Nichols, and Lillie Harris. He also leaves behind his God-sisters and brothers, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and loads of friends.
