Mack L. Blanks, was born May 22, 1955 to Walter L. and Juanita Blanks, Sr.. He departed this earthy life on May 26, 2021, after a long illness. He was born in Barberton, Ohio. Mack attended Akron public School System, graduating from Buchtel High School. He served in the National Guard and was employed by Fazios Grocery chain for many years. he is preceded in death by his father, Walter Sr.; brothers, Sherman and Larry Blanks. He is survived by mother, Juanita; sons, Marcus Blanks of Akron, OH, Darius (Grace Ann) Blanks of Jacksonville, FL; grandsons, Darius Jr., Kaiden, and Darian; brothers, Walter ll (Ann), Willie, and Darnell Blanks of Akron; sisters, Linda Blanks of Miami, FL, Diane Fuson; aunts, Adele Isacc of Miami, FL, and Ruby Lacy of Barberton; niece and caregiver, Shermia Bass of Akron; special nephew Aaron Blanks of Miami, FL; and special thanks to Cleveland Clinic Hospice and Timberland Ridge Nursing Facility. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, June 4, 2021 at Rosehill Burial Park, 3535 S. Smith Rd. Fairlawn, OH 44333 at 12:00 P.M.
