On Thursday, November 2, 2017, Mable Patterson made her transition home to glory. She was a member of Good Shepard Baptist Church. Mable is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Eula Drake; husband, Warren Patterson; four sisters and four brothers. Mable leaves to cherish her life and legacy sons, Rudolph (Betty) Patterson of Detroit, MI and Ronald (Paula) Patterson of Akron, OH; daughter, Joyce (Joe) Barclay of Akron, OH; brothers, Edward (Mary) Drake, Cleophus Drake, and Herman Drake; sisters, Beatrice Lewis and Almada Head all of Akron, OH; sixteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, many relatives and friends. Procession will form at 1277 Pontiac Ave., Akron, Ohio 44307 and condolences may be sent to 555 Avalon Ave., Akron, Ohio 44320.
