Lozzie Elise (Lisa) Jackson Keith Duncan took her last breath on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 after a brief illness with cancer.

Lisa was born on December 15, 1952, to the late Irwin P Jackson and the late Golina “Clyde” Cagle Jackson in Akron Ohio. Lisa was one of five children.

She attended Akron public schools, graduating from Akron North high school in 1971. Lisa was united in marriage to the late Willie Duncan. Lisa accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior and was very active in her church, Hills Temple First Born Church of the Living God, Inc. She served on the usher board, a Deaconess, Deaconess for the Ohio District, sang with the praise team and choir. Lisa was known for her angelic soprano voice. Lisa worked for Pine Valley Nursing Home, Signature Home Health Agency, for the Catholic Diocese in food services (Saint Mary’s and Saint Sebastian schools).

Lisa was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Duncan; both parents, Irwin P Jackson and Mother Golina Cagle Jackson; brother, Norm Stanley Jackson.

In her passing, she leaves her children: Amy Ford, Jesse (fiancé Stacy Huwig), Dennis (Brandi) Keith, Gail Wortham, Anthony Duncan.
