TOGETHER AGAIN
Louise Ratcliff, 90, has gone on to glory on January 18, 2016. Our family gives thanks and praise to God for blessing us with the most beautiful mother, grandmother and friend. Mother you are finally home.
Louise was born January 9, 1926 to the late Ned and Minnie B. White in Laurel, Mississippi. She was a devoted member of Phillips Chapel CME Church where she served many roles; mass choir, hospitality, steward and missionary. She retired after 25 years of service from Lawson's Distribution Center.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nathaniel Ratcliff; two sisters and four brothers. She leaves a very loving family who will forever cherish her memory, sons, Lafayette (Sandra), Larry (Jackie), and Danny (Cheryl); daughters, Laura and Glendale (Clarence); four brothers, and One sister; 17 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends including her church family.
Celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at 12 p.m. at Phillips Chapel CME Church 413 Iroquois Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44306. Family will recieve friends from 11 a.m. until time of service. Reverend Sheree Winn, eulogizing. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
