Linzy C. James, 68, of Akron Ohio passed away on February 26, 2022. Linzy is survived by his daughter Shawanda Littlejohn & his granddaugher Kennedy Littlejohn. He is also survived by his mother Mary L. James; brothers, Willie L. James (Cookie) of Los Angeles California, Jeff (Ann) Gwen of Akron Ohio; sisters, Sharon Banks of Akron Ohio, Alberta Daniel of Atlanta Georgia, Carla (Paul) Blockson of Lake Worth Beach Florida, Rhonda Holiday (Bobby) of Madison Wisconson and sister-in-law Erika James of Akron Ohio. Linzy is preceded in death by his father Willie L. James, brother Leon T. James and sister Annette (Howard) James-Oglesby. A memorial service is being held at Mountain of the Lord Church at 14787 Copley Rd. on Saturday March 19, 2022 at 2:30 PM. Visitation will begin at 2:00 PM. Services will be live streamed on the Mountain of the Lord Church Facebook page. Arrangements entrusted to Rhoden Memorial Home.
