Lillie Bell Williams, age 96, residing at Hanover House Nursing Home previously at 1735 8th St. N.E., Canton, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at the Hanover House Nursing Home. Lillie was born in Quincy, Florida on July 4, 1919 to the late Adeline and John Byrd. On August 5, 1945 Lillie Bell married Andrew Williams.  Lillie Bell was an active member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she was a Deaconess. In earlier years Lillie Bell and her husband were avid gardeners and had a thriving business selling fresh vegetables around communities in Canton.  Lillie Bell is preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband of 63 years Andrew Williams and many of her beloved sisters and brothers. Lillie Bell is survived by her sister Estella Frazier of Canton, Ohio; nieces, Florine Byrd, Yvonne Byrd, Sylvia Floyd Wilson (Rico) of Newark, DE.; grandnieces, Erica Byrd, Valerie Mitchell both of Canton, Ohio and Natalie Byrd of Decatur, GA.; grandnephews, Julian Byrd of Canton, Ohio, Zackary Wilson of Herndon, VA. and Geno Wilson of Belair, Maryland.
