Leroy E. Norris, age 64, departed this life on June 26, 2026, at Mercy Hospital after a long,

courageous battle of chronic kidney disease. He was born on October 16, 1962, in Canton.

Leroy was a graduate of Timken High School; he proudly served our country in the United States Army and Navy. He was a lovable, gentle, kind, and thoughtful person. He touched everyone who knew him with his kindness and his smile.

He is preceded in death by his father William Norris, Sr., and his mother Lela Rippley Norris.

Leroy is survived by his sons Darnell, Jermaine, Stanley, Zabe, Aasin and Aaron, his three brothers, two sisters, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
