Daugherty, Jr.
May 11, 1950 – March 7, 2025
Leroy JB Daugherty Jr. went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 7, 2025.
He was born on May 11, 1950, in Cleveland, OH, to the late Leroy Sr. and Bobbie Jean Daugherty.
Leroy's early years were spent attending John Burroughs and Andrew J. Rickoff Elementary Schools. He later graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. In 1972, Leroy enlisted in the United States Navy, where he proudly served on the USS Enterprise during the Vietnam War.
A devout servant of the Lord, Leroy spent many years attending Grace Cathedral Church, where he sang in the choir and volunteered in various ministries. He later attended River of Life Church, where he served as an associate pastor and was a dedicated member of the worship team.
Throughout his career, Leroy worked in various roles, including insurance sales and manufacturing. He retired from AVI Food Systems in 2020 after a fulfilling career.
