Leland C. Ware age 68 of Canton went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Saturday March 20, 2021. He was born February 16, 1953 in Youngstown, Ohio   to the late Cicero and Luella Floyd-Ware.

Leland was a 1970 graduate of South High School in Youngstown, Ohio. He was a retiree of Republic Steel where he worked for over 30 years. Leland was an avid bowler and loved singing baritone with the Singing Wonders and the Male Chorus at People's Baptist Church. Leland and his wife, Mintha were active members of the Couple's Ministry at their church home.

Leland is preceded in death by his father, Cicero and brother, Norman.

He is survived by his mother Luella; his loving wife of 40 years, Mintha; six children, Calvin (Shawanna), Lamar (Tiana), LaMarquis "Marq", Latasha, George, and Cedric; (18) grandchildren and (13) great-grandchildren; (2) sisters, Brenda and Janice (Perry); (2) brothers, Ronald and Gary, as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
