Laurice L. Rackley, 52, passed away on July 24, 2024. He was born on December 16, 1971, in Barberton, Ohio to Pamela J. Rackley and Neil T. Nelson.

Laurice was an avid sports fan. He played basketball, football and his favorite football team was the New York Jets. Like his mother he was into Western movies, and he loved his family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Pamela Rackley; father, Neil T. Nelson; grandmother, Mary E. Rackley; and grandfather, William Rackley.

He leaves to mourn his sister, Shannon (Lewis) Rackley; children, Coty Robinson , Nathaniel Ripley (Tiffany), Mary Robinson, Angleque Rackley-Easton and Mecedes Stark; grandchildren, JahMere, Tayea, Tyson, Qoty, Qing, Natalie, Kaylee, Kaiden, Ava, Jordan, Jayden, DaVion, Caleb, Jr., Archie, Chistopher and Asher Lamar; longtime girlfriend, Miranda Flynn; cousins, Lance "Sandy", Yvette and  Jesse (Joy); nieces, Jasmyne, Pamela Rackley, Kae'Mijah, KorRease Rackley and Emory Rackley; aunts and uncles, Jackie Greer, Phillip (Joyce) Rackley, Gordon, William (Wanda), Quay Reed, Cynthia, Lance, and Steven; Dante, Awtumn, Carlos; along with many other family members and friends who are left to mourn his beautiful soul. Also, family and friends from Cleveland, Akron and Barberton. We will miss him dearly.
