Kenzie ‘Kinzy’ Jenkins, Jr., passed away on June 7, 2026. He was born on June 22, 1948, to Lucy Mae Chambers and Kenzie Jenkins, Sr., in Barberton, Ohio. He worked at Barberton Citizens Hospital for 41 years. He and his wife fostered over 100 kids in a span of 30 years. He was a member of Greater Galilee Baptist church for over 40 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents Kenzie Jenkins, Sr. and Lucy Mae Chambers, grandparents Curtis and Odessa Beard, uncle Charles Lee Beard, and cousin Michael Hill.

Kenzie leaves memories to his wife Deloise Jenkins, children Dzyre and Mark Jenkins, siblings Bernice (Terry) Autry, Willie Jenkins, Earl Jenkins of Atlanta, Georgia, over 16 nephews and 15 nieces, and a host of many other relatives and friends.
