Kenneth Barry Woods, went home to be with the Lord on August 7, 2018.  Kenneth was born on December 22, 1946 to the late Lois Cash and Charles Woods.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his stepfather, L.V. Cash; brothers, Lavander Cash, Stanley Cash; nephew, Curtis Andre Cash. Kenneth is survived by his children Andrea Rochelle Phillip of Houston, Texas and Ronnie Brown of Canton, Ohio; grandchildren, Janee Monique Williams, La'Ron Brown, Ra'Jon Brown, Ca'Ron Brown, Jalani Brown; great-grandchildren, jazanee Jones, Darrez Frazier, Da'Rell Frazier; siblings, Vickie Cash, Deborah Cash, Robin Cash, Betty Cash and Alexander Cash; nephews, Russell Cash, Robert Cash,  Harrison McClellan, Levander McClellan, Andrew McClellan, David McClellan; nieces, Michelle Ward and Tashoma Helmey as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
