Rev. Kenneth E. Herndon age 73 of Canton, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015. He was born to the late James and Clydia Herndon. He was a graduate of Massillon High School. Kenneth retired from the Canton Sewer Dept. after 30 years of service. Many years later in his life he entered into the ministry and was ordained at St. Paul A.M.E. and became the Associate Pastor for 6 yrs. In addition to his parents Kenneth preceded in death by one brother, Robert Herndon; sister, Clydia Malone; mother-in-law, Gladys Ball. He leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife of 33 years, Sandra Herndon; sons, Tony and AJ Herndon; daughter, Mildred "Telly" Herndon, 3 granddaughters; special friend, Karrie Peoples-Jackson, as well as a host of nieces , nephews, and cousins.
