Keith
Drummond
January 8, 1964 – December 22, 2022
Keith came into the world on January 8, 1964, as a twin brother to Kenneth. They were close as could be growing up. If you saw one you saw the other. They grew up with a large family, and most of their friends affectionately nicknamed them "The Drummond Twins". Our mom had 5 boys and one girl and if you even thought about bothering her, you would have to deal with all of them. Keith grew up doing various odd jobs and eventually becoming his own version of a self-proclaimed entrepreneur. If you needed it, Keith probably had it for sale, especially movies, cd's and oils. The rest of his day was spent being a loving father to his kids and grandkids. Every time you would see or talk to him, he would make a reference to one of the grandkids or he had one of them with him. Keith would tell you that everyone in the city was his cousin or related in some type of way. He was known as Bro, Cuz, Unk or Fam to all of his friends and family. He will truly be missed by many.
Keith was preceded in death by his twin brother Kenneth Drummond; Mother Hattie (Keith Michael) Hill; Brother Jerome Drummond; Father Fred (Freddie) Humphry; Grandparents Floyd and Ruby Drummond also Fred Humphrey Sr. and Lillie Pearl Jackson; Uncles James (Jimmy Lee) Drummond and Eddie Drummond; Aunts Rita Taylor, Betty Drummond, Aretha Griggs, and Ida Drummond. He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter Jasmine Drummond; a son DeAngelo Drummond; Sister Carmen (Terrence) Payne; Brothers Ramone Drummond and Deon (Shawntay) Drummond, Aunt Linda (Jim) Hosey; and Uncle Floyd Drummond. He also leaves a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends whom he will forever remain in their hearts. Keith's remains will be cremated and his final resting place will be at Mount Peace Cemetery later due to weather.
We, the family of Keith Drummond, wish to express our sincere appreciation for all the kind words, food, prayers, cards, flowers, and other countless acts of kindness showered upon us at this time of bereavement. Each deed continues to strengthen and sustain us through this most difficult time in our lives. We would especially like to thank the staff at Akron General Hospital for everything. Your kind expression of compassion will always remain in our memories. Sincerely, The Drummond Family.
