Kathryn "Kay" Anderson passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on January 10, 1951 in Massillon, Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of the late Henry James Bullock and Mattie Lee Bullock. Kay lived with a deep love for the Lord and was known for her strong, dramatic, and unforgettable personality. Firm yet loving, she was fiercely loyal to those she cared for and created a safe, welcoming space for everyone fortunate enough to know and love her. She found joy in music, animals, and shopping, and brought warmth and spirit wherever she went. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Damon Anderson; her beloved nephews, John Bullock and Richard Bullock; her niece, Kathryn Smith; and her siblings, Nellie Barton, Lula Mae Bullock, Doris Jacox, Jamesetta Owens, Glenn R. Bullock, and Eliza Mae Lewis. Kay leaves to cherish her memory with her devoted husband, Herbert Anderson; her son, Jeffrey Dickerson; her stepdaughter, Adriane Anderson Everett; her siblings, Constance B. Jackson (Walter), Samuel E. Bullock (Annie), and Yvonne S. Smith; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and dear friends. Kay's legacy will live on through the love she gave, the loyalty she showed, and the comfort and safety she offered to others. Her faith, strength, and vibrant spirit will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew her.
