Juan Earnest Wilson was born July 29, 1964 in Ravenna, Ohio. He departed this life July 28, 2026 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He grew up in Akron, Ohio and graduated from North High School. 

Juan loved the Lord and accepted Him as his personal Lord and Savior. He was a beloved son, father, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. His devotion to his family was immeasurable. 

Juan was full of love and compassion and always had an encouraging word. He had a positive attitude and touched the lives of many people. His door was always open to those in need. Juan was employed for many years as a chef. He loved cooking for family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with family and attended every family gathering, ready to party and have fun. 

Preceded in death by parents Robert Wilson and Janie Mae Wilson; sister, Sunday Wilson; brother John Wilson; nephew, Harold Wilson Jr. and niece Marsha Wilson. 

Left to cherish his memory is son Aaron Mack; brothers, Anthony, Harold, Darold, Lani, and Arick Wilson; stepsister, Alisha Perkins; his beloved cat, CheeChee; special cousin, Timothy Proctor, and a host of family and friends. 

Juan now sleeps in Christ. We await the day when the trumpet of God shall sound and all those who have fallen asleep loving the Lord will rise to meet those of us who are alive and remain, in the air. Then shall we ever be with the Lord.
