Josephine Jeffery, age 60, was born on February 12, 1964, in Akron Ohio to Eloise Chatman and Joseph Jeffrey. She went Home to be with the Lord on May 6, 2024.

Josephine loved to play pool and spending time with her family. She was a true comedian, loved to sing and dance, and was the life of every party.

Josephine in preceded in death by her mother, Eloise Chatman; father, Joseph Jeffrey; stepfather, Ralph Chatman; granddaughter, British Unique Jeffrey; and brother, Anthony Jeffrey.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory, children, LaToyia, Shauntay and Brittany Jeffrey; grandchildren, Jayla, LaNiya, LaMontiere, DeAsia, LaNaysia, Tory, Toryon and India; brother, Jerry Hammock of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters, Denise Carter, Patricia Jeffrey, Janice Jeffrey, Tracy Weems and LaQueta Williams all of Akron; aunts, Gloria Jean Brown and Horistine Taylor of Cleveland, Ohio; lifelong love and best friend, Floyd Wilkes; and a host of many other relatives and friends.
