Joseph Wayne Webb was born on August 26, 1962 to the late Edward Webb and Jorene Webb in Moulton, Alabama.  He was a high school graduate and became a member of  The Church of Christ at an early age. He enjoyed fishing and traveling.

He was preceded in death by his father Edward Webb and brother Anthony; (3) uncles, Allen and George Webb and James McDaniel.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother Jorene Webb; brothers, Jeffrey Echols and Tommy Webb; sisters, Tonjia Webb, Yolanda Echols and Amanda Jackson; uncle, Tony Webb; special friend, Connie "Cupcake" and best friends since middle school Elton Wilson.
