Obituary

Johnny was born September 6, 1954 to Hattie M. Walker and Willie Mackey Jr. in Canton, Ohio. He transitioned May 29, 2015 at his home peacefully. Johnny attended Allen School then attended McKinley High School where he later left to get his GED. He loved all sports and old cowboys and detective shows. He played Mighty Mite softball until he was old enough to play with the big boys. A leg injury with Mr. C's ended his playing. He was a faithful member of Antioch Baptist Church until his illness prevented him from attending service. Johnny will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother Hattie M. Walker; son John "Peanut" Graves; maternal grandparents Matthew "Tom King" and Johnnie Mae Rodgers; paternal grandparents Willie Mackey Sr. and Katherine Mackey. He leaves to cherish his memories his Fiancee and care taker Tonya "Tee Tee" Jackson; daughters Jasmine Phillips and Amber N. Porter; sons Jerome Graves and Travis Davidson; brothers Thaddeus Walker, Reginald (LuAnn) Lowe, Rapheal Townsely and Victor Mackey; sister Debra Mackey Love; nieces Maurica Harris, Danielle Harris, Shaun Burt, Malinda Black, Shantora Crable and Mercedes Townsley; nephews Jeremy Pullin of Columbus, Terrell Berry, Terry Burt Jr. Shawn Crable, Brandon Lowe and Cedric Lowe; father Willie (Mary) Mackey Jr.; granddaughter Journee Graves; loving aunt N.L. Walker; caring cousins Lavurnes Walker and Bobbi Thomas; close dear friend Steve Kirby as well as many cousins, great nieces, nephews and friends.
