Jerry Lipkins III was born on May 16, 1982 to the late Jerry Lipkins Jr. and Deborah Jones-Lipkins (now Deborah Jones-Hunter). A truly beloved native of Canton, Ohio, he attended Belden Elementary School and Hartford Jr. High School. He graduated from McKinley High School in 2000 and was a committed McKinley Bull Dog fan. He lived life to the fullest and he lived life on his terms. He did it his way. He was Mr. International. Jerry departed this life on January 19, 2016 in Jeonju, South Korea. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Lipkins Jr.; his grandfathers, Lester Mitchell Jones Sr. of Canton, Ohio and Jerry Lipkins Sr. of Detroit, Michigan); and his uncle, Lester Mitchell Jones Jr. (Coach Les).
